RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Please choose carefully before making a purchase.

We do not typically offer returns or refunds for change of mind. However, exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

Returns may be accepted where:

• The product is faulty
• The product is not as described
• An incorrect item was supplied

RETURN WINDOW

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

RETURN CONDITIONS

• Items must be unused and in original packaging (unless faulty)
• Returns without prior approval will not be accepted

RESTOCKING FEE

A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns where applicable.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, personal care and hygiene products cannot be returned once opened or used unless faulty.

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photo or video evidence

RETURN COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
