SHIPPING POLICY
Hair & Beauty Souk (operated by Souk Commerce FZ-LLC) aims to process all orders within 2 Business Days. During peak or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 Business Days.
All orders must be paid in full before they are processed.
Please ensure that all delivery details provided are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are weight-based and calculated at checkout.
- Standard shipping starts from AED 20
- Express shipping starts from AED 28
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Orders are typically processed within 2 Business Days. During peak or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 Business Days.
Once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment warehouse, the following delivery timeframes apply:
- Standard Delivery: Typically, 3–5 Business Days
- Express Delivery: Typically, 1-2 Business Days
Customers requiring faster delivery are encouraged to select the Express Delivery option at checkout.
Delivery to remote or regional areas may take longer than the estimated timeframes.
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to operational, logistical, or external factors beyond our control.
DELIVERY FAILURES
If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer-related reasons (including incorrect address, unavailability, or failure to respond), the order may be returned to the warehouse.
In such cases:
- Return and handling costs will be deducted from any applicable refund
- A 15% restocking fee will apply
- Redelivery fees are estimated at AED 18–35 and must be paid prior to reshipment
GOODS MISSING OR DAMAGED
If your order has not been received within the expected timeframe, you must contact us within 20 days of the order date.
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photo or video evidence.
We will assist in resolving the issue with the courier.
